T. Michael (Mike) Jackson, Owner/Broker- Mike grew up moving around the state of Virginia as the son of a Methodist preacher. He spent most of his younger years in the Appomattox area and moved to Middlesex in 1973. Mike is an avid hunter, fisherman and all around outdoors man who thoroughly enjoys listing, showing and selling farms, waterfront land/houses and large acreage tracts of land.
Mike is the principal broker/owner of Michael Marketing Real Estate and has held a Virginia Real Estate License for over 30 years. Mike is one of the first inductees (2012) into the CBRAR Honor Society and is a Charter Member. He has been a broker for over 28 years and has worked exclusively in the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck area, however if a client is looking for a certain type of property and it is located well outside of this area Mike will go on a "search" until he finds that property to meet his client's needs.
Mike has owned farms and raised cattle, chickens and even today enjoys raising the largest garden in the neighborhood, only to give most of the crops away to neighbors. He and Nancy can't possibly eat all that he grows.

Nancy Prince Jackson- Nancy grew up in Deltaville and graduated from Middlesex High School, She received her B.S. and Masters Degrees from V.C.U. and returned to Middlesex County to teach for 12 years. During this time she also received her Real Estate license and worked both jobs. She has worked full-time in real estate serving the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck for over 25 years.
She served on the School Board for Middlesex County for 12 years and has been very active in the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors serving in many capacities over the years. She is now (2011) serving as President of the Board for the second time. Nancy has served on the MLS committee, Grievance committee, Professional Standards Committee. She is a 2012 inductee into the CBRAR Honor Society and a Charter member.
Nancy is very active in her church and again has served in many capacities, former Moderator of the church, stewardship committee, pulpit search committee and many other areas. Nancy believes, "if you are not satisfied with the stagnant status quo, then get involved and help make positive changes, don't sit around and complain unless you are willing to become an active part in making that change".
Professionalism and honesty are two things she constantly tries to remind all Realtors, this is first and foremost in everyone's mind. Nancy is constantly improving her education so that she might best serve her clients and trying to help them make informed decisions.

Cheryl is a lifelong resident of Middlesex County. She attended Middlesex High School and graduated from York Academy. Cheryl followed her high school career to attend Lynchburg College and VCU. Cheryl and her husband Ronnie have 2 grown children, they have been blessed with a 1yr old grandson and granddaughter due in Sept.
